A maior parte dos vindimadores tenderá a voltar à mesma vinha e com grande orgulho ouvirão falar sobre os vinhos que ajudaram a produzir nos anos anteriores.
No próximo mês de Setembro, a quinta do Panascal dará início a mais uma vindima.
Não deixe de nos visitar nessa altura pois terá a oportunidade de observar o trabalho nos lagares tradicionais de granito (método utilizado desde 2000 AC) e degustar excelentes vinhos do Porto da Fonseca.
Para grupos a partir de 10 pessoas sugerimos o programa “Fui ao Panascal à vindima” que inclui uma refeição típica confeccionada pela D. Leninha, uma duriense de mão de cheia!

Vindima 2009

As the grapes ripen at different times, picking will commence near the river, the hot valley floor, reaching the upper parts of the vineyard a 1,000 feet higher, three weeks later. The vineyard is planted in such a way that those grape varieties that prefer the extra heat, such as Touriga Nacional, are planted near the river, and Tinta Cão at the top of the vineyard.
But, for now, we are enjoying the lovely weather and happy to see that, in July, the number of visitors grew at Panascal.
